At the last GEPC meeting held from 13-14th May 2026 in Budapest, Hungary, 33 GEPC delegates from 9 delegations discussed the future of the European mushroom promotion after the EU cofunded SUSMUSH first promotion programme and also technical problems occuring in mushroom production. The second day was dedicated to technical visits with a mycelium production site, a compost production plant and a mushroom farm with the latest equipment on automated picking.
